The Bright Loop of Life

Yum bowled Froot with milk

Five servings each day is good

Breakfast in bright Loops

~

Cracking Fast

Sizzle cured bacon

Crack one egg, now two. Toast pops,

Fry, flip, lift. Plate up

~

Fried Kravings

There it is once more,

Unstoppable urge, it wants

Kraving Fried Chicken

~

Sticky Soul

There is pudding now

Sticky toffee atop cake

Empty fork, warm soul

~

Gumbo: Three Ways

One:

Chop Chop, Trinity,

Stir Roux, add Pope. Stir more. Wait.

We have made Gumbo.

Two:

Gumbo is good, wow!

Solid proof, something divine?

They can make their own.

Three:

Yeah, Makin' Gumbo.

Makin' Makin' Gumbo, yah!

Yeah, Makin' Gumbo!
