Longing to get back the lost days

Exile
By Aranna Hasan Delwar.
Now I want exile, exile
From that desolate evening,
From those long sleepless nights,
From the fading mornings,
From the sluggish, lethargic noons,
From the tranquil dives in a still pond,
From the fading line of a smile,
From the hazy gaze of the eyes.
Because I-----
Had seen lively, radiant evenings in golden light,
The night's fairies enveloped in the charm of sleep,
Mornings bustling with golden sunlight and bird songs,
Noons vibrant with the harmony of rhythmic festivities,
A playful swim in the rippling pond,
A smile that held a heart-enchanting magical touch,
And in those eyes, I had seen the assurance of deep love.
Thus, I want exile from that fading life,
I want to regain my lost moments.
