Embrace of the Horizon
Here’s a lovely poem that captures the enchanting relationship between the sun and the moon
At the edge of day, where the sun kisses the moon, Their embrace brief, under the twilight’s boon. A fleeting moment, when light and dark blend, Creating a spectacle, too beautiful to comprehend.
The sun’s fiery passion, the moon’s serene grace, Together in the sky, they find their place. A dance of the cosmos, so ancient and true, A reminder of the magic, in the twilight’s hue.
So here’s to the horizon, where dreams are spun, In the embrace of the eternal, sun and moon, as one.
Did you know? The phenomenon where the sun and moon share the sky, known as a “daymoon,” can be observed during certain times of the year, depending on geographical location and lunar phase. This beautiful sight reminds us of the celestial dance between Earth’s two most prominent celestial neighbors.
